Therapy Rates

My cash/direct pay rates are as follows:

  • Standard individual sessions: $195 for 50 minutes

  • I do not see couples at this time, but I do allow individuals to bring partners to sessions on occasion.

Letters for diagnosis:

  • I charge $100 for one-page diagnosis statement letters

Emotional Support Animal Letters (ESA Letters)

  • I require us to meet for one session ($195) and charge an additional $150 to draft the letter.

Insurance

I offer electronic out-of-network billing to almost all insurance plans and many plans do offer generous reimbursement via this method. I am not in-network with any insurance providers. This means that I create super bill on your behalf stating that you have paid for services with me. If available your insurance will then issue you a check for full or partial reimbursement of our time together. Please keep in mind that the level of reimbursement varies from plan to plan, and that it is your responsibility to check with your insurance provider what this might look like for you.

Payment

I accept all major credit cards as payment through Square and Venmo.  You may contact me to arrange alternate forms of payment.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session. I understand that life happens, so it’s important that we communicate about potential cancellations. I usually ask that clients reschedule within the same week when there is a late cancellation fee that is unavoidable.
